replaced a single slider with a
bank of French doors to bring
in more light. To ease the flow
between upstairs and down, she
used the same creamy wall
color and repeated the living
room's palette in the rug,
left.
A traditional fireplace replaced
the wood stove. The other half
of the room contains Nanette’s
home office,
above.
“ I wanted
to work in a space where I
could look out over the yard
and feel like I was inside and
outside,” she says. ■
